Welcome to Crunch Languages!

We offer individual and group online and face-to-face lessons in Italian, English, and Czech. We also offer homestay courses in Italy.

Crunch Languages is run by Maria Lombardi, P. IVA (???), Via Tranzano SNC, 04023 Formia, Italy.

A. Online lessons requirements

• Stable internet connection

• Headset or microphone and headphones

• Webcam (must be on)

• Laptop or tablet (mobile screen is too small)

• Quiet place where no one will disturb you or the other participants in the lessons

• Appropriate clothing

B. Payment

All lessons must be paid in advance.

C. Cancellation policy

Any request to reschedule individual or semi-individual lessons must be made at least 24 hours in advance before the scheduled time of the lesson. Crunch Languages will try to accommodate any reasonable requests for lesson changes made less than 24 hours in advance (i.e. in case of student emergency), but cannot guarantee to do so.

D. Refunds

If the student cannot attend a group lesson, no refund will be made.

All group courses are run subject on demand. If there is not a sufficient number of students to run a group course, the student will be offered an alternative or issued a full refund if payment had already been made.

E. Teacher absence

If a teacher cannot run the lesson due to an unforeseen problem, Crunch Languages will try to reschedule the lesson to another date suitable for the student.

F. Rules of conduct

Students are expected not to use bad language and respect the teacher and the other participants in any online or face-to-face meeting (lessons or diagnostic tests).

G. Online diagnostic test

The online diagnostic test is comprehensive but only informative. Crunch Languages reserve the right to conduct up to three lessons with the student(s) before suitable materials (coursebook) are chosen to better understand their needs.

H. Additional terms and conditions

• Crunch Languages reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

• Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions will be subject to the laws of Italy.

• Crunch Languages is not responsible for any technical problems that may occur during online lessons.

• Crunch Languages is not responsible for any lost or stolen belongings.

• Crunch Languages is not responsible for any injuries that may occur during face-to-face lessons.

By enrolling in a course at Crunch Languages or taking any Online Diagnostic test, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
